BRIEF HISTORY
Dewan Devi School is one of the fastest growing co-educational institution of Jammu having magnificient building with all facilities of learning, adequate infrastructure, airy and well ventilated classrooms, spacious lecture and conference halls, enshrining the hopes of about 1000 students both in Dewan Devi Playway and Dewan Devi Higher Secondary School. Since its inception in the year 1990, the school stands recognised by the state education department and is affiliated to the J&K State Board of School Education The school provides learning from Nursery to 12th class. The medium of instruction is English and the courses of study are in accordance with the prescribed rules and regulations of the education department and the board of school education, besides prescribed books, the students are given advanced courses to nurture them to sit in competitive examinations. the school is supported by the most qualified teachers who are dedicated, hard working and passionate towards teaching.
